Inside Out 2 by Pixar Animation Studios. This children’s movie further illuminates the principles behind Internal Family Systems Therapy with regard to anxiety, envy, boredom, embarrassment, and suppressed emotions. Released in Theaters, June 2024.
The Wisdom of Trauma: A Transformative Documentary features Dr. Gabor Mate’. It sheds light on what trauma is, its effects, and the need for a trauma-informed, and thus compassionate society. Available to watch for a small donation.
Childhood Trauma and the Brain is a short animated exploration of how trauma in childhood affects behavior and increases vulnerability to anxiety and other challenges. By understanding these things we can help promote resilience and recovery in children and adults who have been traumatized.

Tapping 101 is a short introductory video about EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping. On the website TheTappingSolution.com you will also find programs you can purchase to help you use tapping to address anxiety, pain and autoimmune disorders.

How We Feel is a free app developed by The How We Feel Project, Inc. It is app to help identify and record emotions so that cause and effect patterns can be identified. There are also in-app videos to help with handling various emotions.
Anxiety Release is a free app that is based on EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) which was developed to alleviate stress associated with traumatic memories. The app has audio clips with guided exercises and includes them with male or female voices so you can choose the voice that is most soothing to you.
The Tapping Solution is a free app that takes you through guided EFT tapping meditations to help with stress and anxiety relief.
